About the Artist

Charlotte's journey to art began from a young age, but didn't really begin to manifest until more recently. Growing up, she was the creative one of the family. While her siblings were athletic, Charlotte took to music and art. She participated in choirs and musical productions, and was heavily involved in her high school's music program, enjoying sketching and painting as a small hobby at home.
Having always wanted to do something creative, but not seeing art as a feasible career, Charlotte put the hobby aside, first completing a college diploma in Marketing, before then graduating with a music diploma, thinking it was a good balance.
But the art came back around.
After not having done any art in several years, Charlotte was gifted a puzzle from a friend which began to bring back childhood memories. Somehow, doing the puzzle, which was an artistic image of a guitar, reminded her of how she much she loved art as a kid, and often painted mini canvas's and rock sets as Christmas gifts for loved ones. It made her realize how much she missed it, a hidden love that she didn't realize she had lost. Not a week after completing the puzzle, Charlotte went out and bought some painting and drawing supplies, and rediscovered a childhood passion.
When she isn't doing art, you can find her doing anything and everything for her church's worship band, where she sings and plays guitar and bass, or you might find her reading, line dancing, or spending time with her family.
